I hosted the Second CALLIG Book Swap in the spring of 1998. Most participants belonged to the CALLIG calligraphy discussion list. They were from the US, Canada, and England. The Rules: Send six handmade books and you receive six books in return. The books must fit in a 9"x6" US Mail box. The deadline was April 30, 1998.
