This spring's book swap was my first experience in creating calligraphy books. I did an original mock-up of the body text and then had this reproduced for each little book.
Materials: hand-made "petal" papers for covers and end papers; light, lavendar Astroparche paper for text block; tassels made from different colors of cord. Sumi black ink, Brause brause 3/4mm nib.
Book 5¾″ x 4½″.
