But I need a break every once in awhile.  Here are a few places I visit when I want a little eye candy:<\/p>\n<p><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger\/207\/1451\/1600\/370458\/2006-11-30%20Denis%20Brown.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger\/207\/1451\/320\/766093\/2006-11-30%20Denis%20Brown.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.quillskill.com\/\">Denis Brown&#8217;s website<\/a>. This guy knows quills and he knows digital. After a week-long workshop two years ago, I brought home a slew of notes and experiments and his DVD, none of which I&#8217;ve yet digested.<\/p>\n<p><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger\/207\/1451\/1600\/911513\/2006-11-30%20Thomas%20Ingmire.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger\/207\/1451\/320\/250455\/2006-11-30%20Thomas%20Ingmire.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.thomasingmire.com\/home_f.html\">Thomas Ingmire&#8217;s website<\/a>. You&#8217;ve got to have Flash to look at it, but it&#8217;s worth looking at. You&#8217;d think that the &#8220;Collections&#8221; and &#8220;Gallery&#8221; links would be the best &#8212; and they <span style=\"font-style: italic;\">are<\/span> great &#8212; but the most interesting work on the site is in &#8220;Commissions&#8221;:  a book of Richard Braudigan&#8217;s poetry, in code invented by Thomas Ingmire; poetry by Rimbaud; Canto V from Dante&#8217;s Inferno. I&#8217;ve taken week-long workshops with him several times over the past 15 years. His craftsmanship is unparalleled.<\/p>\n<p><a onblur=\"try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}\" href=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger\/207\/1451\/1600\/878278\/2006-11-30%20Martin%20Jackson.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"cursor: pointer;\" src=\"http:\/\/photos1.blogger.com\/x\/blogger\/207\/1451\/320\/740929\/2006-11-30%20Martin%20Jackson.jpg\" alt=\"\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><br \/><a href=\"http:\/\/www.martinjacksoncalligraphy.com\/\">Martin Jackson&#8217;s website<\/a>. He&#8217;s got portfolios of lettering samples and commercial art, which I like, but I especially like the portfolio of fine art.
